Sarah has over a dozen years of experience in both private and public sectors. She began her career as political analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency but soon realized her heart was in management and business operations. She then served in the Department of State as a diplomat managing US embassy business operations in Montevideo, Uruguay and Tashkent, Uzbekistan. She relocated to the U.S. in 2017 and worked as Director of Operations and Chief Compliance Officer for an investment advisory firm before beginning her own consulting practice in 2019.

Sarah holds a Master’s degree from California State University San Bernardino in national security policy and a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in political science. She speaks French, Spanish, and Portuguese, and has also studied Arabic and Russian.
